Dr. Enzo RAMALLI, a Financial Consultant and Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, was born in the province of Florence (Italy). He has been registered with the Tuscan Register of Financial Consultants since March 1994 (CONSOB Resolution No. 7913).

With a background in economics and law and a Master's degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, he held managerial roles for some of the most well-known companies in the sector (BANCA MEDIOLANUM - FININVEST GROUP; DIVALRAS, etc.) before founding "EURORECRUITING," a company specializing in the recruitment and selection of financial consultants at the national and international level.

Since 2011, he has combined his many years of experience as a "Head Hunter" with that of "Ambassador for Africa and Asia" ​​for several projects, including the "X-Panel System," introduced and presented in Senegal, Mali, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Guinea. He has worked alongside local government and military authorities for locally established and funded companies owned by the "LA COST" Group, of which he was Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In 2012, he joined the "OBIETTIVO SISTEMA COUNTRY SOCIETY COOPERATIVE," a cooperative based in Florence. Operating in sub-Saharan Africa, he periodically receives tenders from Italian companies wishing to operate in those territories, relying on local companies capable of providing labor at more competitive costs: an activity he carries out with the help of reliable partners.

Proud to receive offers to purchase "MADE IN ITALY" products to promote the revenue and growth of Italian companies and raise awareness of the brand and Italian excellence, he is passionate about promoting exchanges between different products, countries, and continents.

Since 2016 he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, and then, following the acquisition of majority shares by the UK company "ER Advisory Limited" he has been appointed CEO of the italian company "Banco Metalli PIceno srl", having share capital of Euro 233.670,96, authorized to professionaly trade in gold pursuant to art. 1, par. 3, of law No. 7 of 17/01/2000, and holding license No. 5004536 issued by th Bank of Italy.

His vision was to create a virtuous Group, capable of operating in the financial, real estate, aviation, equity, and raw materials sectors, as well as precious metals.
Appointed General Manager, he also took direct responsibility for the Group's Finance Department.
